Please do not over order or request your repeat prescriptions earlier than usual.
Stockpiling medicines will lead to shortages. Thank you for your co-operation.
Make sure you allow sufficient time for the prescription to be prepared; this can take two working days from when we receive your request
How can you order repeat prescriptions?
You can only request a repeat prescription if you have been prescribed this medication for long term use by a medical practitioner. You will not be able to order medication which you have had previously but have not agreed long term use with your practitioner.
- Requests must be in writing, please. If you would like your new prescription posted to you, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope with your request.
- You can order via our appointment online service if you have registered to do so by clicking here. If you have not requested your medication in the last 6 months it will not show availability in your account. If your medication is not listed in the online service please contact the surgery as this will be classed as a new request.

PLEASE REMEMBER that if you are ordering your repeat prescription early to include the reason why, otherwise it may not be issued.
