How can you order repeat prescriptions?
You can only request a repeat prescription if you have been prescribed this medication for long term use by a medical practitioner. You will not be able to order medication which you have had previously but have not agreed long term use with your practitioner.
- Requests must be in writing, please. If you would like your new prescription posted to you, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope with your request.
- You can order via our appointment online service if you have registered to do so by clicking here. If you have not requested your medication in the last 6 months it will not show availability in your account. If your medication is not listed in the online service please contact the surgery as this will be classed as a new request.

To use the appointments online service for booking appointments or ordering repeat prescriptions you need to register with the practice by contacting reception by phone or in person when you will be provided with a user name and password. We CANNOT accept requests for prescriptions over the phone.
PLEASE REMEMBER that if you are ordering your repeat prescription early to include the reason why, otherwise it may not be issued.
